Austin Dillon is a legendary 2-time NASCAR champion who currently leads the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series championship standings. He placed 3rd in the 2021 Daytona 500, and he won 1st place in 2018 with a dramatic last-lap pass for the win.
He is now entering his 8th year driving the No. 3 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE for Richard Childress Racing. A true racecar duelist nicknamed “The Ace”, Austin is known for his strong focus while under high-pressure as well as his willingness to out-work the competition.
Austin made the NASCAR Playoffs 4 times in the past 8 years, making him a true veteran of the sport. He is a 19-time winner in NASCAR’s top-three touring series, as well as the former champion of the NASCAR Xfinity Series and the NASCAR Truck series where he was awarded NASCAR Rookie of the Year. Dillon consistently has one of the best average finish times of all drivers in the Daytona, Talledega, and other restrictor plate racing events.
Outside of racing, Austin loves to play baseball, basketball, and video games. Many people know he was in the Little League Baseball World Series back in 2002, and he only began focusing on racing after high school. When he’s not preparing for the next race, Austin now spends time with his wife, son, and two dogs Jake and Gucci.
